Job Title: Cavity Wall Technician
Location: Exeter
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 + Travel pay
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Our client is a leading renewables company who in search of experienced Cavity Wall Technicians. Within this position you’ll play a vital role in enhancing insulation systems and contributing to a greener environment.
Responsibilities:
Cavity Wall Insulation Installation:
- Drill holes according to specified patterns for wool and bead insulation products.
- Extract failed cavity wall insulation.
- Ensure accurate electronic completion of all necessary work-related paperwork.
- Be adaptable regarding working hours and locations (work will generally be away from the office).
- Assess properties for suitability for cavity wall insulation.
- Recommend the most suitable insulation type based on assessment results.
- Maintain high standards in cavity wall insulation removal and installation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Work closely with other technicians, project managers, and clients.
- Communicate effectively within the team.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cavity wall insulation removal and installation.
- Familiarity with drilling techniques and insulation materials.
- Ability to complete paperwork electronically.
- Flexibility in working hours and locations.
