Job Title: Air Source Heat Pump Electrician

Job Summary: 
Our client is seeking a skilled electrician with extensive experience in wiring, testing, inspecting, and maintaining air source heat pump systems. The ideal candidate should be familiar with air source heat pumps, particularly those manufactured by Samsung and Grant. The chosen candidate will ensure proper documentation and photographic evidence to ensure compliance with eco4 funding requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Wiring: Wire and connect air source heat pump systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Testing and Inspection: Conduct thorough testing and inspections of installed systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during installations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including documentation of work performed, compliance with regulations, and photographic evidence.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and expertise related to air source heat pump systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and eco4 funding requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in air source heat pump electrics or general heating s and y plan experience.
  • Certification: Relevant electrical certifications and qualifications. Such as 2391, 18th Edition, NVQ lvl 3.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous record-keeping and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
