Job Title:    Heating Engineer
Salary:        £40,000 to £45,000
Holiday:      20 days + Bank Holidays
Other:         Branded Company Van + Fuel Card, Tools, and uniform, Mobile phone and tablet, Pension, Overtime payments, Bonuses, no on call or out of hours, Monday to Friday, accredited training and various in house training

Low Carbon Recruitment are looking to recruit Heating engineers specialising in the installation, repair and maintenance of gas heating systems.

Job description
We are looking for engineers with excellent communication skills who are courteous, reliable and enthusiastic. Engineers who take pride in their work.
We require the following from all potential employees:
  • Gas Installers with passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A “Can do” attitude and willingness to support their team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
  • A desire to progress within the company as an respected Gas Engineer.
  • Excellent boiler and Heating systems knowledge
We're looking for Gas Engineers that take pride in their work and want a long term career with a company that will look after them.
Whilst your primary role is to install boilers, you need to be so much more than that.
But let's start with fitting boilers, your technical ability needs to be first class and as a minimum we expect:
  • Essential skills /qualifications - ACS Certificates CCN1; CEN1; HTR1; CKR1; CPA1; Unvented Hot Water;
  • Two years experience in fitting boilers.
If you have all of the above skills and qualifications you are part of the way there. However we need more that just good technical ability. To be considered you will also need:
  • The ability to think for yourself. We all know heating installations don't always go to plan, as the engineer onsite, you need to be able to get around problems, using your own initiative.
  • Be well presented,
  • Great customer service skills. We are dedicated to giving our customers the best possible experience,
  • Strong work ethic,
  • Honesty and integrity.
