Junior Heat Pump Engineer – Overview

We are currently working with one of the fastest growing companies in the Heat Pump sector. They have been operating since 2012, installing and maintaining Domestic & Commercial Scale Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps and pioneering their innovative ‘Heat Pump Networks’. They have recently launched their ‘Home Energy’ division alongside their own Heat Pump product.

They are looking for a Junior Engineer to join the team who wants to rapidly accelerate their career growth. You will be working in an installation team alongside a Senior Engineer and learning not only how to install heat pumps, but also how to survey sites, design systems, produce quotes, deal with customers, maintain and repair systems and much more. The company want to heavily invest in your development so that in 12-18 months you are at Engineer/Senior level, putting you through additional qualifications and training along the way.

You will travel to sites throughout the South of England with some overnight stays in the short term. As the home energy division grows, this will become less and less. They also offer full Door to Door Travel Pay meaning you are paid for your travel too and from sites which makes a significant boost in your earnings each year.

The ideal candidate would be an NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified Plumber or Heating Engineer who has a year or two under their belt but wants to take that next step and join a company that can offer you huge growth opportunities.
