We are currently working with a renewable energy company based in Oxfordshire who have been established 2008 and who specialise in designing and installing renewable energy systems for over 15 years. They are currently looking for Roofers/Installers to work on domestic and commercial properties who they can train on Solar Panel systems – both in roof and on roof systems.
You don’t need any previous experience on solar as they can teach this to you, as you train, the salary will increase and there is plenty of opportunity for progression. As a Roofer / Panel Installer you will be fitting Solar Panels to new build, private domestic and commercial properties. Roofing experience is required, however experience of Installing Solar PV not essential as training can be provided.
The company offer on the job training, and it will be a mobile role moving from site to site once each project is complete therefore a full UK driving licence is required.
Solar Roofer – Requirements
- Experience working at Heights
- Experience on Roofing works
- Experience fitting in-roof Solar Systems (Advantageous but not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Solar Roofer – Salary & Remuneration
- Salary £30,000 - £32,000
